International Mobility Administrator

An exciting opportunity is available for an International Mobility Administrator to join a Global Mobility team in London. This position is office based 5 days per week.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the global mobility and relocation team with administration tasks
  • Update the system with relevant data such as expatriate documentation
  • Review cost estimates and prepare assignment documentation
  • Work closely with third party vendors for various services including immigration and tax
  • Use Microsoft Excel for reporting and to assist with other tasks


Main Requirements:

  • Previous/Current experience in the International Assignment/Global Mobility or Relocation industry is preferred however not essential
  • Extensive administration experience gained in a corporate environment
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office including Excel
