Sales Administrator

**The Company**:
Right Choice Mobility: We are located in Highams Park Chingford, East London, which is also on the border of Redbridge Essex. We specialise in mobility equipment and the company is an approved main dealer for many manufacturers. Part of the Company's main responsibility is to provide on going customer support and ensure that their customers can, with the help of Right Choice Mobility, remain as independent as possible.
**The Role**:
A professional administrator you will be ;
- Invoicing
- updating service repairs and arranging warranty replacements
- Making and chasing purchase orders
- scheduling in repairs for our engineers
- assisting in the showroom with any sales requests - training given
- Basic admin tasks
showroom assistance you will assist the needs of elderly and disabled customers as well as B2B. You will need to be understanding and sympathetic to our customers requests.
**We have two roles 1, part time 3 days per week and one full time 5 days per week, prompt start for 8:45 - 17.15, a rota for a Saturday working day is preferred.**
We are looking for a bright and energetic individual to join our established team. To fulfil this role you must have, good communication skills, excellent time management, computer literacy and an excellent telephone manner. We expect our staff to be patient and sympathetic to our customers needs.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
