We're looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Support and Systems Administrator to provide vital technical expertise across our entire organization. In this mid-level role, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while spearheading impactful projects that drive success in every corner of the business. Serve as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Resolve a range of technical issues, from basic to complex, related to hardware, network connectivity, and software applications.
Lead and participate in IT-related projects, including system implementations, migrations, and hardware refreshes.
Manage hardware refresh cycles, ensuring timely and smooth deployment of new equipment across the organization.
Provide training and guidance to users on internal applications and system features.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions across multiple applications and platforms.
Ensure security best practices are followed for system access and data protection.
Azure Active Directory (EntraID) for managing user accounts, groups, permissions, and policies - Must have experience.
Microsoft Exchange, including creating and managing groups, contacts, distribution lists, and mailboxes -Must have experience
Microsoft Office Support, especially Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint - Must have experience
Strong competency in supporting either Windows or Mac platforms, with proficiency in supporting the
Experience with one of our endpoint management tools, either Microsoft Intune or Jamf. Used for managing devices, enforcing security policies, and performing software deployments - Must have experience
Experience in project delivery, including implementing new systems, managing migrations, and overseeing hardware refreshes - Desirable
Atlassian Cloud administration experience (Jira/Confluence) - Atlassian tools are integral to our operations, with Jira supporting both BAU ticketing and project delivery and Confluence aiding in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation - Desirable
Microsoft Azure resource management - Our business-critical operations are increasingly hosted in company-managed cloud environments - Desirable
