The right candidate will have brilliant experience in wine as well as Sommelier Restaurant management.

It is really important you love hospitality, love serving guests and leading from the front. You must me a well rounded Som / Manager with an open door and a positive vibe. The restaurant works tightly as a team, so a manager who works with everybody and inspires is important as well as the ability to drive business and experience within a premium restaurant.

We want an all-rounded Manager of the future, if you're willing to put in the hard work and focus on the goals then they will help you to achieve it.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivating and passionate manager who has great fresh food experience and understands all about customer experience and customer journey who will be able to grow our teams through leadership and training, deliver and maintain the high standards required and who loves to see guests having an epic time.

This well-known Fulham / Chelsea London restaurant & bar is a fantastic company to work for. The Team and customers are everything to to us. We will give you freedom to express your ideas and implement them. A strong working knowledge on cocktails and wine is essential with an understanding of late nights and live musicians.

Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Training & developing staff at all levels
  • Be able to manage the busy bar & food
  • Be commercially minded
  • Inventory control
  • Planning, organising and coming up with creative working ideas
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Be very guest focused
  • Strong management skills
  • Be able to think on your feet and come up with conclusive ideas
  • Identifying problems and reacting to resolve the issues
  • Be able to deal with costs in line with sales
  • Keeping up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the premises

The Ideal candidate will be:

  • Have extensive experience in wines
  • Have a minimum WSET level 2
  • Experienced in a similar bar and restaurant which serves great fresh food which changes seasonally ideally from a brasserie style environment or quality gastro pub
  • Be able to work with teams of over 20+ staff
  • Understanding of events
  • Must have experience in stock taking & inventories
  • Be able to work in a high demanding environment
  • Used to high volume
  • MUST have a good understanding about the bar and floor operations experience with food
  • Must be flexible in working late night hours
  • Used to being in a customer service background
  • Be proactive and being able to think on their feet
  • Used to dealing with different types of clientele with customer service being the top priority

The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in a food & drink brasserie style environment background.
