The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful plumbing and bathroom distributor Business based in Lisburn.

The Right role:

  • Processing telephone and email orders
  • Generate sales quotations, sales orders, delivery dockets, invoices and statements
  • Create purchase orders for one-off / special sales orders
  • Scanning Proof of Delivery dockets and uploading into Trax system
  • Create and review sales data drills and communicate the information with the Field Sales Representatives and Sales Office team
  • Calculate daily sales and inform all other sales staff via email
  • Outbound telephone and email sales - promoting existing and new products, special offers and discontinued stock
  • Upselling on telephone calls and maximising the value of the orders
  • Liaise with customers to inform them of any price discrepancies on orders, stock availability issues and offer a suitable alternative product where necessary
  • Internal sales support to the Field Sales Representatives
  • Provide after sales support to customers, contractors, and end users
  • Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events

The Right Fit:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to use your own initiative and make informed decisions
  • Experience of plumbing and bathroom products a distinct advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
  • A desire to learn about the products and systems
