Energis has a new and exciting role for an experienced IT Business Analyst. Based at our clients premises in Co Down you will provide support to both local and global teams, diagnosing problems and using appropriate support tools to solve hardware and software issues. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate service descriptions for own services and support the implementation of new or changed services Engage in dialogue with business units to develop and enhance business processes and IT support Provide 2nd level support for assigned services Collaborate with global teams to ensure IT services align with business needs Participate in projects aimed at improving IT systems and processes Provide on-site software and hardware support, maintenance, and diagnostics Maintain detailed records of all support requests and resolutions Criteria: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field OR equivalent experience Minimum 3 years experience in IT support, IT consulting, or related field Proven experience providing 2nd level support for business applications Experience engaging with business units to improve IT processes Knowledge of hardware maintenance and diagnostics Experience working with globally distributed team Experience with telephony system administration Desirable: Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Salary is in the region of £40k dependant upon experience.
