As a Recruitment Admin, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the focal point for clients and contractors, answering any queries and maintaining regular communication
- Arranging access to the timesheet portal and ensuring contractors are onboarded efficiently
- Drafting contracts for new starters and processing extensions for contractors
- Organising relevant visas, uploading necessary documents, and verifying information
- Liaising with the legal team to address any compliance issues
- Processing expenses when required
- Ensuring the PO numbers are obtained for invoicing purposes
- Handling any ad-hoc duties as needed to meet the demands of the business
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Previous administration experience and strong organisational skills in an office environment
- Experience in recruitment or a similar customer-focused role
- Understanding of compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
