Description

  • Manage correspondence, reports, and legal documents.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
  • Provide efficient administrative support to the professional services team.
  • Manage electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Perform general secretarial duties like photocopying and mail distribution.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Ensure all legal documents are processed and filed accurately and timely.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.

Profile

A successful Legal Secretary should have:

  • A thorough understanding of legal terminology and principles.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
