This outstanding and inclusive school supports children and young people with a range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As a SEND Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of your pupils. You’ll work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment where every student can succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver creative, tailored lessons aligned with pupils’ Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
