We are currently seeking a self-motivated and analytical professional to join our team as a Business Analyst (BA). In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing a range of IT projects within a telecommunications domain. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders of varying levels internally and externally, ensuring business requirements are identified, documented, analyzed and progressed within a structured and programmed environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs of the organization and determine technology-based solutions to business problems.
- Ensure solutions align with the broader BSS/OSS architecture strategy.
- Gather and analyze data to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Create and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members, including presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Test and validate technical solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented technical solutions.
- Continuously improve processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or information systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, such as Excel or SQL.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies and software, such as CRM systems or programming languages.
- Experience in a telecommunications environment is advantageous.
