This is a pilot project delivered in partnership with Right to Succeed to re-think how we deliver support and interventions to children and families. The team are located in the Northwood area and have close alignment with the Northwood Family Hub. The team consists of Social Workers, Family Help Workers, Early Help Coordinator and Family Connectors.
