Join a Great Team as a Key Account Manager - OEM & Trade

Location: UK (Remote)

Reports To: Channel Sales Manager

Your Mission:

Drive the establishment and growth of our client’s security solutions in the UK OEM & Trade market. Forge lasting partnerships, deliver exceptional customer service, and master continuous innovation to elevate security standards and create added value for customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand key account management within the door and gate manufacturers (OEM/industry) sector.
  • Develop and implement market strategies and key account action plans.
  • Provide expert advice and support, while acquiring new key account customers.
  • Present product offerings and innovations to key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Build and expand a network of intensive customer relationships.
  • Achieve defined sales targets and prepare cost quotations and offers.
  • Assist in budget planning.
  • Travel nationally to meet with customers (around 40% travel).


What You Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the security and access control industry
  • Proven track record in selling complex electromechanical products.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities and monitor competitors.
  • Fluent in English, based in the UK, with a full clean driving license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work remotely.
