The Warranty Specialists primary responsibility is administration of warranty claims related to Aircraft Components and execution of respective OEM and Aircraft Guarantees securing desired outcomes for the Company and its Customers.Requirements:Proactively identify potential opportunities to claim Warranty and initiate claim mechanismReview quote findings and warranty outcomes after units have been evaluated at the shop and provide relevant inputs and warranty recommendation to key stakeholders.Take part in negotiation process with AJW Vendors and CustomersLiaise directly with key stakeholders and Customers to provide inputs and assist with query or dispute resolutionIdentify eligibility for aircraft component warranties and create repair ordersAssist Technical Services Engineers with technical query resolutions and providing data analysisIdentify and process supporting claims including retrospective reimbursement or warranty transportation costs and SSC guaranteesProvide data analysis assessing Vendor performance from reliability and commercial perspective.Upon request assist Technical Manager with managing projects related to Warranty or/and Technical operationJob requirementsAbout youStrong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levelsExcellent attention to detail and ability to consolidate and present information back to stakeholdersInterest in or experience of the technical aspect of aircraft components or other relevant experienceProblem-solving analytical and investigative character and a cost-saving driveAbility to prioritise workload and act under pressureAn understanding of contractual liabilities and Industry Standard Agreements related to warranty claims would be desirableData manipulation skills (knowledge of MS Excel essential) and ability to analyse and present conclusions from large volumes of data. Applying basic methods of statistical analysis. An understanding of aircraft systems and individual components as well as Airline maintenance including industry practices and standards would be beneficial.Why join usWe are AJW.
