The person

  • Demonstrate a deep passion for testing and a strong desire to explore new technologies and methodologies.
  • Lead the Test discipline by, Defining strategies and setting standards and advancing TMMi maturity levels.
  • Fostering the technical and professional development of all Test Engineers.
  • Champion automation testing within the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the Cross Service Test Manager, Head of Development, Test Leads, and other key stakeholders.


What the Head of Testing will bring to the team?

  • Understanding of Enterprise scale systems and the roles of different types of testing play in ensuring they operate to an excellent standard.
  • Extensive line management experience leading technical teams
  • Demonstrable experience of working with mainstream test automation frameworks
  • Experience with modern delivery models such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience of working within an iterative or DevOps environment.
  • Experience of knowledge sharing and mentoring junior members of the team.


Tech

  • Advanced knowledge of ISTQB.
  • Proficiency in Web and API functional and performance automation testing.
  • Comprehension of enterprise-scale systems and the critical role different types of testing play in maintaining high operational standards.

  • Pension: Up to 27.9%
  • Full Flexi-Time - Work your 37.5 hours on any schedule between 5am and 10pm
