years post-qualification experience working in a similar practiceStrong technical knowledge of employment lawCombination of contentious and non-contentious employment law experienceExperience advising on the full range of employment law and HR support workExperience handling complex tribunal litigationExperience advising on whistleblowingExperience advising on business protection issuesExperience
