Eton Bridge Partners are working in partnership with an international manufacturing client, based near Buckingham, to appoint a proven Supply Chain Finance Business Partner. Reporting into the UK Finance Director, the ideal candidate is commercially focused, ensuring the efficiency, profitability, and sustainability of several sites you will be responsible for.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Production costs, Capex and Inventory
  • Strengthen supply chain performance though standard cost development, optimizing working capital and championing integrated business planning and S&OP
  • Act as a trusted business partner, challenge and influence strategic decision making through long term planning, pricing, risk etc.
  • Provide guidance on product performance including ROI, KPI analysis and product lifecycle
  • Interpret and analyse complex financial information to determine the impact of financial decisions
  • Support the product portfolio strategy through market, competitor, and product portfolio analysis
  • Support cost optimization projects through profitability analysis and efficiency recommendations
  • Review Capital project proposals and be a key player in developing and implementing a post project review process
  • Provide financial leadership during business meetings and quarterly reviews


Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified accountant (i.e. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Must have manufacturing experience
  • Must have experience in supply chain finance
  • Strong commercially minded to influence, challenge and provide recommendations
  • Interpret and present complex financial information
  • Evidence of building and maintaining relationships with internal/ external stakeholders
