Our mission is to provide design-led solutions that leverage the latest technologies ensuring our clients receive the highest quality products and services.Summary:We are seeking an Account Executive to join our dynamic team at KST. This role is pivotal in providing administrative support to the Corporate Accounts & Sales Team.Responsibilities:Being first point of contact for customer- liaising directly via e-mail and telephone.Maintain relationships with key customer and supplier contacts.Updating database and keeping information up to date.Management of Client PortalIdentify and resolve issues affecting customer service and account profitability.Liaising with various department within business to create reports on timescales deadlines and cost for the customer.Chasing of Installation and Service departments to make sure jobs are complete within timeframes and Customer SLAs.Liaising with Customer Service department to aid in resolving any invoice queries.Ensure all service agreements are met.To maintain contact with relevant contact points within clients organisationsEnsure you work to ensure that the processes and regulations used in the business are continually updated and adhered to.Performing weekly and quarterly analysisMaintaining accurate recordsManage and work closely with the Corporate Account team.Provide monthly information to the CAD show deliver performance and targets objectives in terms of sales KPIs debtors SLA and URN status.RequirementsRequirements:Previous experience in an administration role.Being self-motivated energetic & positive.Organised & good planning skillsBeing credible persuasive & tenaciousBeing proficient & analyticalExcellent verbal & written skillsExcellent computer skillsConfident & flexibleBenefitsBenefits:Supportive and Collaborative EnvironmentCompany Health Care PlanCompany PensionLife Insurance25 days holiday plus Bank HolidaysDevelopment OpportunitiesReferral SchemeLong Service AwardsAvivaDigiCareEmployee Recognition SchemeEmployee Benefits Programme including shopping vouchers and discount; up to 1200 a year on reals savings for everyday needsCycle to Work SchemeWagestream Get instant access to your wages through our financial wellbeing tool.If youre ready to take your career to the next level with a company that values integrity and innovation we invite you to apply for the Account Executive position todayWhen Kings carry out recruitment we do so as an Equal Opportunities Employer.
