Marketing Manager Required - 5* House Builder - Loughton Area - Up to £70K + Package


I am currently representing a Top Construction company who are seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager to create and develop the overall sales and marketing strategy for new sites after acquisition.


My client is currently one of the biggest residential construction companies in the country, turning over more than £850 million and opting to build quality over quantity.


Duties:


  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures
  • Effectively identify an innovative new database provider and implemented across the business, including training
  • Assisting with and coordinating the development and implementation of new corporate brand identity and being brand champion
  • Setting the scope, implementation, management and review of marketing campaigns/strategies
  • Responsible for all marketing including planning campaigns and the delivery and results for key strategic initiatives
  • Creation, development, coaching, motivation and ongoing management of Marketing Team to implement strategy and deliver on business objectives
  • Brand brief, creation, development and implementation for new projects, by way of briefing agencies and establishing the brand identity and deliverables
  • Instructing the set-up of and ensuring the maintenance of all property portals and the company website
  • Editing copy, layout, photography and all marketing elements in marketing collateral where applicable prior to sign off – this includes hoarding, marketing suite, brochures, adverts, email campaigns, social media activity, PPC and all other digital activity
  • Regularly reviewing service levels and establishing where costs can be saved/improved
  • Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Devising and maintaining multi-million pound budgets and ensuring all campaigns and activity is delivered within


Requirements


  • Marketing Degree or CIM Qualification
  • Experience with a Housebuilder/developer
  • The ability to achieve required lead generation and sales rate
