You’ll play a key role in keeping shipments on track, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring all operations run smoothly from start to finish.After your training, you’ll manage multiple customer accounts, handle Air and Ocean consignments, and support with customs, invoicing, and compliance.What You’ll Be Doing:-Managing Air & Ocean shipments from booking to delivery-Preparing and checking shipping and customs documentation (bills of lading, AWBs, declarations, etc.)-Building strong relationships with customers, carriers, and global partners-Keeping systems and reports updated and accurate-Assisting with invoicing and checking supplier invoices-Working closely with your team to meet deadlines and deliver a first-class serviceWhat We’re Looking For:- Previous ex...
