Want to come and be a part of it?What will you be doing? Magdalene is hiring a Service Support Specialist to join its Network Operations Centre in the UK. The role is hybrid, requiring 5 days per week at the HQ in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, with the remainder remote. Youll support a key customer by delivering high-quality administration and customer service, assisting field engineers and contractors, managing maintenance schedules, and updating ticket systems. Responsibilities include monitoring site alarms and CCTV, maintaining trackers, producing reports, and ensuring smooth site transitions. Youll collaborate with NOC colleagues, engineers, and customers in a fast-paced environment. Additional tasks may be assigned by management as needed to support operations. What youll bring? Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with strong attention to detail and accuracy. You must be able to manage your time effectively, prioritise urgent tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional customer service and a positive, solution-focused attitude are key to building strong relationships with customers and engineers. A helpful nature and initiative in problem-solving are valued. Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel and Outlook, is required for success in this role. Whats in it for you?
