Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the nightlife industry? OutOut Nightclub in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Bar Support team. Being apart of Bar Support, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience in our vibrant nightclub environment.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- **Stocking and Replenishing**: Ensure the bar is well-stocked with bottles, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other supplies throughout the night. Restock items as they run low to ensure smooth service.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Keep the bar area and customer area clean and organized, including wiping down counters, cleaning spills, sweeping broken glasses and promptly removing empty glasses and bottles.
- **Assisting Bartenders**: Support bartenders by assisting with drink preparation, fetching ingredients, and helping to serve drinks. This includes grabbing bottles, pouring drinks, and preparing garnishes to speed up service.
- **Collecting Glassware**: Collect used glasses from tables, booths and bar, and promptly clean and sanitize them for reuse. This helps maintain a steady supply of clean glassware for serving.
- **Assisting with Closing**: At the end of the night, assist in cleaning and closing down the bar area and customer area.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Smart and presentable appearance suitable for a high-end nightclub setting.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
