£52,965 pa + final salary pension

 

The EIS is Scotland’s largest and most influential trade union and professional organisation for teachers and lecturers, with almost 65,000 members working in all education sectors and at all career stages.

Due to continued growth in the Institute’s operations, an additional role has been created for a Pensions and Payroll Specialist to work with an existing postholder providing advice and support to Institute members on pensions and terms and conditions of employment matters, including payroll, maternity pay/leave, and holiday pay calculations. 

The post will be based in the EIS Headquarters in Edinburgh.

The Institute has a Flexible Working Patterns policy, offering all members of staff a high degree of flexibility over the location at which work is carried out, subject to the overall requirements of the EIS and its members.
