As part of our Data Product team, you will support in the creation and delivery of our data product roadmap, identifying consumer needs and working closely with our engineers and the wider business to deliver new products and roll out new features to existing ones. What you'll do • Lead the discovery, definition and delivery of new data products and features that deliver our key business outcomes, working with our cross-functional delivery teams, bringing together business and technology expertise • Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near and long term value • Integrate business analytics and operational excellence in every aspect of product design and development, and define metrics to measure the success of products • Define and explore the product roadmap for the business outcome you'll contribute to • Maintain a rigorously human-centred approach, obsessing about customer needs to reimagine customer interactions What we're looking for • You have experience and shown success identifying business opportunities and translating them into products and services. • You are willing and excited to get into the core of a completely data-driven, highly regulated business, which comes with a lot of existing complexity • You work well with diverse teams, partnering across the organisation to navigate an ambiguous and quickly changing environment • You have deep technical expertise and are able to leverage it to creatively solve business problems • You can credibly collaborate with and challenge business, design and technology stakeholders, in order to make the right trade-off decisions and mitigate product risks • You have strong knowledge and experience with Payment Networks Where and how you'll work This is a permanent position and is based in our Farnborough office. We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. We're big on collaboration and connection, so you'll be based in our Farnborough office 2 days a week.
