We have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and ambitious Industry Sales Specialist - Mobile Machines to join our Industry Sales team. This senior sales role is crucial in driving growth in the UK market for mobile machine sectors such as agriculture, construction, and municipal vehicles. Given the significant growth potential of mobile machines globally for SICK, the Industry Sales Specialist - Mobile Machines is a national role that will be highly visible within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influence and implement cluster sales strategies to increase market share in the mobile machines sector.
  • Identify and engage potential customers within agriculture, construction, and municipal vehicle markets (directly and through the Regional Sales Team).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product management teams to create promotional materials, campaigns and manage events.
  • Work closely with product and technical teams to offer solutions to potential and existing customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Including forecasting.

Essential Skills, Experience & Competencies

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the mobile machines or related sectors.
  • Experience in the agriculture, construction, or municipal vehicle markets is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements in these sectors.
  • High level of self-motivation, ambition, and drive to achieve results.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to think both strategically and operationally.
  • Able to work collaboratively across the UK and Globally to achieve shared objectives.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the UK.
