Description

  • Manage all stages of the contract life cycle, from initiation to renewal and termination
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure contract compliance
  • Identify risks and opportunities within contracts to drive cost-effectiveness and efficiency
  • Develop contract negotiation strategies and lead negotiations with suppliers
  • Ensure contracts meet legal, financial and operational requirements
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  • Develop and implement contract management procedures and policies
  • Provide regular reports on contract status and performance

Profile

A successful Contracts Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Law, or a related field
  • Experience in contract management, preferably in the Technology & Telecoms industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools
