This role offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to contribute to high-profile automotive projects.   Key Responsibilities: Process and control project inventory, ensuring accurate documentation and safe storage and shipping. Receive and process all deliveries according to established procedures. Distribute deliveries to the appropriate departments, people, and projects. Ensure correct identification of all incoming inventory. Monitor and log all stock movements. Manage and reorder consumables as needed. Accurately process parts in the ERP system (IMS/SAP). Package finished products for dispatch, involving manual handling of boxes and crates. Collaborate with the quality department on incoming goods inspection and quarantine procedures. Work with material control to manage shipments and resolve supply issues. Raise delivery notes and arrange customer shipments as required. Assist the accounts team with resolving invoice queries, providing necessary documentation.   Basic Requirements: Experience: Previous warehouse and shipping experience is highly desired. IT Skills: Proficient in Excel; SAP experience is an advantage. Compliance and Improvement: Experience in compliance and process improvement.
