As a company that has expanded from our roots as a small niche courier company in 1997, Logistical Support Services has expanded and excelled in becoming a recognised market leader in our sector, amassing the UK’s largest fleet of EXII/EXIII vehicles based in Bristol, Stevenage, and Bolton.Throughout our natural progression, our prestigious reputation is built upon performance and compliance remains at the forefront… and this where our newly appointed Compliance Manager will come in.A large part of this significant role is supporting the rest of the Management team by managing, maintaining, implementing and developing policies, procedures and good practice to enable us to keep highly compliant across the relevant industry, operational and legal standards.
Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities include;
- Managing the internal audit program to promote compliance and drive continuous improvement within the business, alongside participation within External Audits. This is inclusive of deliverance of the ISO and other compliance standards ensuring they are effective and remain so.
