This is a full-time, permanent position with a consistent evening shift (18:00 - 02:00 ), working any 5 days out of 7. Pay, benefits and more: An hourly rate of£15.64 Holiday pay and workplace pension A 24/7 online GP service, life assurance and a fully comprehensive employee assistance programme Access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more Access to GXO Universityhome to a wealth of online training courses, meaning your development never ends What youll do on a typical day: Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS) Monitoring daily stock movements and performing scheduled and ad-hoc stock counts Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies, identifying root causes, and driving improvements Ensuring stock integrity across multiple systems and stock owners Liaising with warehouse, customer service, and management teams to ensure smooth operations What you need to succeed at GXO: A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Strong knowledge of warehouse logistics and inventory control processes Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving approach to challenges Confident communication skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external customers Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.TPBN1_UKTJ
