Job Description

We’re recruiting for a Procurement Operations Manager to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary and strong benefits pacakge.

What you'll be doing:

  • Taking ownership of data processing and reporting for the group wide Procurement team
  • Using Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint to effectively evaluate and present reports and data
  • Developing dashboards and Management Information relating to supplier spend, team productivity and policy compliance
  • Analysing data and using the results to implement improvements and to streamline processes
  • Creating reports and presenting these to stakeholders and at strategic meetings
  • Managing multiple change initiatives to implement best in class Procurement processes

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

  • Advanced Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Procurement Operations processes would be advantageous
  • Experienced in producing data visualisation with impactful insights
  • Experienced in project and change management
