**Exciting Opportunity for a Procurement Manager at Portfolio Procurement**
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Portfolio Procurement. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for the sourcing of IT and IS services in the UK and Germany, particularly in managed services, service integrations, testing, hardware, and Germany under platform sub-category.
The successful candidate will be required to deliver strategic projects with our delivery team to support business functions including commercial, data, new site openings. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across our corporate functions, including IT, Finance, HR, and Legal.
- **Market Insight and Analysis**: Continuously maintain and update market insight regarding the IT & IS marketplace, best-practices, trends, key suppliers, and other relevant information.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Be proactive and work closely with key stakeholders to generate initiatives to generate operational and commercial efficiency plans and deliver.
- **Sourcing Plan**: Maintain a rolling sourcing plan covering planned stakeholder initiatives, procurement initiatives, contract renewals, and other relevant activities.
- **Commercial IT Environment**: Maintain a broad understanding of the commercial IT environment and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- **Contract Management**: Develop and manage contracts with suppliers to meet key performance indicators and agreed targets, taking account of information security of third parties.
- **RFI/RFP Documentation**: Develop and manage RFI, RFP documentation content and ensure signature of required confidentiality agreements.
- **Procurement Experience**: 3 years of IS procurement experience.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT leadership and the wider IT team to work collectively as an internal consultant.
- **Contract Renewals and New Contracts**: Manage and deliver relevant new contracts and contract renewals.
- **Strategic IT Delivery Projects**: Deliver strategic IT delivery projects.
