Procurement Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Operations Specialist to join our team at LegalAndGeneral. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of the procurement function and business buying activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the procurement team in ensuring efficient and robust procurement processes
- Work closely with the accounts payable team to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Assist in driving forward the adoption and implementation of an improved procurement process
- Help to upskill people across the business to ensure a consistent high quality of service
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement change management strategies
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in a buyer or operational role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify opportunities for positive change
- Experience in creating and delivering training would be advantageous
- Working awareness of Procurement / P2P tools such as Oracle, SAP
