About the Role: As the Head Host, you will be the face of The Broadcaster, leading our host team and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. This leadership role is crucial in managing reservations, maximising restaurant occupancy, seating guests efficiently, and handling any inquiries or issues with professionalism and a positive attitude. Experience with Seven Rooms is a plus, as it will help you manage our restaurant seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the host team, setting an example with a warm and professional demeanour.

  • Coordinate with the service and kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized host area, ensuring operational efficiency.

What were looking for in a Head Host:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, multi-floored restaurant.
  • Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience with Seven Rooms or similar reservation systems is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • A friendly, approachable demeanour and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
