The perfect Head Host will ensure guests' expectations are met and delivered from the very start of their experience to the moment they leave our venue. As Head Receptionist, you will supervise and motivate the team to always deliver and maintain efficient standards of service to the guests along with carrying out on job coaching and training ensuring training records are maintained.

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Host to be the welcoming face of the venue and help to create great experience for our guests. During service you will take care of all guests as they arrive, and ensure smooth and efficient seating. You'll also assist in handling administration and incoming calls and will be responsible for dealing with enquiries alongside the management/events team.

The ideal Head Host will have:

- Fantastic guest service skills
- Experience working in a quality, busy hospitality environment
- The ability to lead a team
- A keen eye for detail and immaculate presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to forge strong links and build relationships with all guests
- A love for "wow"ing the guest and going the extra mile
- Knowledge of Opentable reservation system
