Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our Outreach team. The successful candidate will work closely with our UK, French, and remote teams to maintain and expand our extensive database of publisher relationships. The primary objective of this role is to increase the number of publishers in our database, maintain and improve the quality of the data, and effectively match client demand with our newly acquired publishers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update our database of over 130,000 publishers, ensuring data accuracy and freshness.
  • Assist in matching client demand to stock levels by effectively communicating with both internal teams and publishers.
  • Work alongside project managers to place content and get links live.
  • Participate in calls and meetings with the Project Management and Outreach teams to improve processes, discuss changes and updates, and provide general support.
  • Act as a bridge between project management and account management teams working on those that require more thought and planning.
  • Analyse current systems and problem-solve to improve outreach, increase the number of sites, and get more links live.
  • Travel monthly to Cheltenham, UK and quarterly to Montpellier, France for in-person meetings and team collaboration.
