Are you a strategic leader with a passion for shaping the future of healthcare? We are seeking a Director of Global Pricing & Contracting to develop and implement innovative pricing and rebate strategies for a diverse portfolio of products, including both existing and new launches. This pivotal role will influence global market access, pricing decisions, and overall value communication across a dynamic organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development: Craft and execute global pricing and reimbursement strategies that align with brand and programme goals, ensuring optimal market positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Market Access, Medical, Commercial, and Business Development teams to support diligence assessments and horizon scanning.
Innovative Pricing Solutions: Develop value-based contracts and rebate strategies, leveraging innovative methodologies to monetise scientific and health economic outcomes research (HEOR).
Global Market Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert on pricing trends and competitive landscapes across key global markets, providing insights that shape strategic decision-making.
Governance and Compliance: Lead pricing and contracting governance processes, ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines and communicating critical pricing decisions to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Education: University degree required; Master's or PhD in Healthcare or Business preferred.
Experience: 5-8 years in the pharmaceutical industry/Consulting, with at least 3 years in global pricing or market access roles. Experience with LoC and business process management is a plus.
Competencies:
Communication: Exceptional ability to convey complex concepts across diverse cultural and linguistic landscapes.
Leadership: Proven ambassador of company values, with a knack for inspiring high performance and managing change.
Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills to synthesise competitor data and market trends into actionable strategies.
Personal Effectiveness: Proactive and adaptable, with a structured approach to work and the ability to manage changing priorities.
