Pricing Director

M&G plc is seeking a highly skilled Pricing Director to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Risk Solutions division, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end pricing for bulk purchase annuities and other de-risking solutions. This role requires a commercially minded actuary with exceptional technical skills and experience in bulk annuity pricing, funded reinsurance, and longevity reinsurance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead pricing projects from start to finish, working closely with colleagues from across the business and outsourcing partners.
- Support senior stakeholders with technical analysis, strategy, and business planning.
- Develop and implement new and enhanced modelling capability, including tech solutions across the CRS pricing infrastructure.
- Manage commercial outsourcing arrangements and lead the ongoing pricing development of novel bulk annuity transaction structures, reinsurance solutions, and new product lines.
- Commercially minded actuary with exceptional technical skills.
- Experience in bulk annuity pricing, funded reinsurance, and longevity reinsurance.
- Understanding of UK DB pensions and Solvency II/UK for life insurance.
