An exciting and pivotal role at the heart of our Supply Chain. Main Activities/Tasks Capture and interpret Regional demand, ensuring all fluctuations are understood, challenged and communicated. Manage the consolidation of all channel forecasts and translate to presentation format in volume and value. Collaborate with the Commercial and Marketing teams to evaluate factors that will influence demand and subsequently develop an unbiased and unconstrained forecast over a 24-month horizon within IBP (Integrated Business Planning). Own the Demand plan as part of the IBP process - Execute and feed into the IBP Process by producing, interpreting, and drawing conclusions from data and subsequently coordinating all actions and lead the continuing development of the IBP process ensuring all stakeholders understand their role and responsibilities within it. Support supply planning to deliver on time and in full dispatch to customers at optimal inventory levels through confidence in the plan and by ensuring key forecast decisions are made with the appropriate amount of lead time to ensure successful execution. Support delivery of forecast accuracy targets. Manage and present demand consensus clearly identifying the gap between demand and financial forecasts along with aligned risk and opportunities. Manage the replenishment of Regional distribution centres Maintain IBP (Demand) master data and drive improved ways of working within the system. Ensure execution of a detailed schedule of activities within the IBP (S&OP) cycle Produce a master production schedule to control production and external supply chain, Manage monthly RCCP process and provide input to Head of Supply Chain on foreseen risks. Develop mitigation options and scenario Planning as part of monthly IBP process Liaise within Demand Planning to understand the forecasted requirements, NPIs and promotional activities, seasonality and manage supply to achieve and maintain high levels of customer service whilst meeting inventory targets. Review weekly supply issues (Open out of stocks, predicted stock outs), and provide necessary input for weekly S&OE process. Input into the weekly review meetings with sites to ensure effective management of short / medium term supply period. Monitor and report production performance to schedule Maintain IBP (Supply) master data and drive improved ways of working within the system. Owner of Supply Plan for IBP process Essential Criteria: 5+ years' management of a Demand and/or supply planning function in a complex and fast paced industry Experienced in a Planning / Analyst role with a focus on IBP/ S&OP (or related area) Excellent presentation and influencing skills with the ability to run highly effective meetings. Strong interpersonal skills and experience in managing high performing teams Demonstrated track record of driving change experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or 3+ years within a supervisory role. At least 3+ years' experience managing a team. Experience working within a GDP warehouse environment and a GMP environment.
