Job OverviewWe are looking for experienced Support Workers fo children services with a background in residential care or nursing homes or supported living homes to provide high-quality support for both adults and children.Key Responsibilities * Provide high-quality care and support to the children, tailored to their individual needs. * Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and social engagement. * Ensure the safety and well-being of service users at all times. * Maintain accurate records and documentation as per regulatory and organizational standards. * Work collaboratively with team members and other professionals to deliver exceptional care. * Follow all compliance and safeguarding protocols diligently.Qualifications and Requirements * Experience: Proven experience working in a care or nursing home setting, supporting adults and children. * DBS Check: A valid Enhanced DBS certificate with adult and child workforce checks and no convictions. * Training: Completion of all mandatory support worker training, including but not limited to: * Safeguarding Adults & Children * Manual Handling * First Aid * Health & Safety * Infection Prevention & Control * Autism & Epilepsy * Prevention Management of Violation and Aggression (PMVA) * References: Ability to provide all necessary references during the verification process. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering the highest standard of care.What We Offer * Competitive pay rates. * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities. * A supportive and inclusive work environment. * Flexible working hours
