Bring your energy ability to learn and proactive mind-set where you leave no stone un-turned to anticipate change in a fast-paced commercial environment.In return we will encourage you to succeed and personally develop in a function committed to supporting business growth and to put outstanding toys into the hands of happy children.In return for all your hard work we offer a flexible way of working a competitive salary and benefits package with consistent bonus potential.****No relocation assistance is offered for this position****Core ResponsibilitiesProactively & independently own the strategic plans and initiatives within UK/I Trade Marketing for key campaignsManagement of a 2m budget driving the most effective spending across themes and customers to achieve key marketing objectives whilst ensuring strong return on investmentOwn and set the strategic trade marketing direction and plan for a specific key channel to achieve maximum brand and commercial impact this role will lead the important channel for Western EuropeCoach and informally lead an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager and intern to ensure successful execution with excellenceBe the UK/I Lead for IP Partners and partner with them on activation planning and executionsDrive develop and implement then evaluate all retail media plans and executions for the channelImplement and develop an influencer programme and strategy in collaboration with the Brand Relations teamBring fresh insights that identify innovations within channelPlay your part in our team succeedingThe teams purpose is to drive sales performance through the best possible brand experience in retail engaging and inspiring our shoppers and consumers. To do this the role will be pulling through the line brand and themed campaigns crafting impactful engaging and conversion driving retail executions.Do you have what it takesIn-depth Trade Marketing experience in consumer goods focused supplier side companyDeep understanding of omnichannel Trade Marketing that is key performance indicator aligned to overall marketing and business objectivesA demonstrable record of design and roll out of innovative Trade Marketing projectsStrong (informal) leadership and coaching methods that can drive the development of other more junior colleaguesStrong strategic end to end thinking to translate regional strategy into engaging and impactful local prioritiesA strong collaborator who builds sustainable relationships through engagement and trust across functions and hierarchies steering a wide range of partners contributing across team settingsA drive for results that champions effectiveness and data centricity bravery to test hypothesis with a test and learn approachDetailed analytical and budget responsibility demonstrating robust evaluation skills turning findings into commercially viable actionsProficiency in English both written and spoken.Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office 2 days from home.Join the global LEGO familyChildren are our role models.
