Job Description:This role reports to the Pet Nutrition Global SRM Implementation Lead - TPM and is responsible to execute the regional deployment of a global trade promotion planning system.This role will be part of the Global Pet Nutrition SRM team which builds and nurtures the global community of local Pet Nutrition SRM champions driving aggregate improvements in net price realization and trade investment productivity.We are seeking an experienced and results-driven TPM Enablement Lead - Europe to spearhead the implementation of a Trade & Promotion Management (TPM) system such as Salesforce TPM or Visualfabriq within our organization. The ideal candidate will lead global & local cross-functional teams to ensure a successful deployment adoption and optimization of the TPM system enabling enhanced trade investment planning execution and analytics.This role is a project-based transformation role and has a current expected end date of31st March we move closer to31st March 2028we will work with you to explore other opportunities for employment within the Mars family of companies. If asuitable alternative role is not available at that time your employment will end.What are we looking forEducation: Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Finance or a related fieldExperience: 5 years of experience in Trade Promotion Management Sales Operations IT Project Management or related fieldsTechnical Skills: Hands-on experience with TPM systems (e.g. Salesforce TPM Visualfabriq SAP TPM) ERP systems and business intelligence tools.Project Management: Proven track record in leading enterprise-level system implementations preferably in CPG Retail or FMCG industriesCommunication & Leadership: Strong ability to influence stakeholders manage cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completionProblem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesWhat will be your key responsibilitiesProgram Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of the TPM system in partnership with key stakeholders from Markets and Operating Entities (OEs) ensuring timely and successful execution while aligning with business objectivesStakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales Finance IT and other key stakeholders to gather requirements define business processes and drive system adoptionSystem Integration: Work with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration of TPM with existing ERP CRM and analytics platformsTraining & Change Management: Provide inputs on training programs change management activities and communication strategies to ensure smooth user adoption and minimize disruption to business operationsData Management & Analytics: Employ a data-led mindset to ensure data accuracy reporting and analytics capabilities within the TPM system to support business decision-makingIssue Escalation: Serve as an escalation point from market teams up to the global SRM team and leadership teamsContinuous Improvement: Monitor and measure program rollout success factors gather feedback and recommend enhancements to maximize efficiencyAs a leader of the Trade Promotion Management deployment the role collaborates closely with GMs Sales Heads CFOs local SRM and Sales Finance leaders to deliver against the value creation plan in OEsWhat can you expect from MarsWork with diverse and talented Associates all guided by the Five Principles.Join a purpose driven company where were striving to build the world we want tomorrow today.Best-in-class learning and development support from day one including access to our in-house Mars University.An industry competitive salary and benefits package including company bonus.#TBDDT Key Skills Administrative Skills,Facilities Management,Biotechnology,Creative Production,Design And Estimation,Architecture Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
