- Range Planning: Develop and maintain a robust product range and strategy to achieve top results.
- Customer-Centric: Understand customer needs from all angles and tailor your strategies to meet them.
- Collaborate & Maximise: Work closely with the merchandising team to keep your Open-To-Buy (OTB) in check while boosting sales.
- Stay Ahead: Keep a pulse on market trends and competitors, using data to forecast future product and sales trends.
- Marketing Synergy: Partner with the marketing team to craft and manage promotional calendars, maximising sales and securing extra marketing funds from suppliers.
- Optimise Returns: Monitor and manage return rates, collaborating with brands to minimize returns costs.
- Stock Management: Manage promotional plans to maintain optimal stock levels during key promotional periods.
- Commercial Savvy: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, especially pivot tables.
- Trend spotter: A sharp eye for detail and the ability to identify and act on trends.
- Proven Success: A history of commercial success and excellent negotiation skills.
- Retail Expertise: Experience with online retailers and branded products is a must.
- Continuous Improvement: A commitment to enhancing processes and driving improvements.
- Fast-Paced Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and adapt to market changes.
- Strong Communicator: Comfortable presenting to senior team members with a collaborative approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bonus Knowledge: OEM sourcing experience is a plus but not essential.
