**Your Role**:
As a talented Buyer on our bathroom team #betterbathrooms you'll be at the forefront of elevating our future. Your passion will fuel the performance of our Bathroom product range, exceeding expectations and creating a trendsetting shopping experience. We're not looking for ordinary - we want you to generate fresh ideas, stay ahead of trends, and consistently deliver the unexpected.

**About You**:
You're an excellent communicator, a born leader, and a skilled negotiator. Your enthusiasm for e-tail's commercial side is evident, and you understand your product and marketplace inside out. We're seeking an exceptional Buyer who stands firmly by their convictions, makes confident decisions, and fearlessly tackles challenges head-on. There's no limit to your problem-solving abilities - obstacles are just opportunities in disguise. Risk-taking is second nature, as long as it's the right move for the business. If you've excelled in a similar furniture, bathrooms, or kitchen retail environment, with a deep understanding of the market, we want to hear from you.

**Experience**:

- Experience in an eCommerce/e-tail environment
- Junior Buyer ready to take the next step or Buyer with buying experience
- Proven track record of successful category trading
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial focus
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Familiarity with non-UK sourcing critical path
- Skilled at curating market-leading product ranges within a category
- Genuine interest in customer behaviour
- Ability to analyse market and competitor data to inform strategic decisions.
- People management experience is a plus.
