Job DescriptionMaintenance Electrician/Multi Skilled ElectricianPermanent Full TimeSalary 36631 Plus Vehicle Travel Paid Door to Door and Excellent PackageCovering Glasgow/Edinburgh/AberdeenWe are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a mobile engineer to join the teamsRole:You will be responsible for a wide range of electrical maintenance works - ppm and reactive fault finding etc.This role will be working on commercial offices.Youll be out and about on the road travelling to your own dedicated sites as our clients first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance. Tasks could include emergency light testing fire alarms lamp changes basic plumbing and fabric work although you will largely covering electricalYoull enjoy working autonomously where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance fault finding and repair work. Ideally you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other tasks as well.Person:You must be electrically qualified and will hold Level 2 or 3 or equivalent and 17th or 18th edition.You will have experience carrying out electrical maintenance ppm and reactive maintenance worksYou will ideally have good general knowledge of general maintenance such as light mechanical/hvac/fabric and happy to develop this.You will be happy to travel to sites Covering Glasgow/Edinburgh/AberdeenGood IT skillsExcellent communication skillsYou must hold a full uk driving licencePackage:Base salary 36631Monday - Friday - 40 hours per weekVehicle and travel paid door to doorCallout 1 in 4Overtime available25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysPensionLife assuranceHealth cash planDiscountsBonus up to 4%Genuine career progression and access to state of the art training academy Key Skills Low Voltage,Hand Tools,Commercial Electrician Experience,Construction Experience,Electrical Experience,Generator Repair,NEC,Schematics,High Voltage,Programmable Logic Controllers,Power Tools,Troubleshooting Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
