Job Description Maintenance Electrician / Multi Skilled Electrician Permanent Full Time Salary 36631 Plus Vehicle Travel Paid Door to Door and Excellent Package Covering Glasgow / Edinburgh / Aberdeen We are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK. Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a mobile engineer to join the teams Role You will be responsible for a wide range of electrical maintenance works - ppm and reactive fault finding etc. This role will be working on commercial offices. Youll be out and about on the road travelling to your own dedicated sites as our clients first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance. Tasks could include emergency light testing fire alarms lamp changes basic plumbing and fabric work although you will largely covering electrical Youll enjoy working autonomously where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance fault finding and repair work. Ideally you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other tasks as well. Person You must be electrically qualified and will hold Level 2 or 3 or equivalent and 17th or 18th edition. You will have experience carrying out electrical maintenance ppm and reactive maintenance works. You will ideally have good general knowledge of general maintenance such as light mechanical / hvac / fabric and happy to develop this. You will be happy to travel to sites Covering Glasgow / Edinburgh / Aberdeen. Good IT skills. Excellent communication skills. You must hold a full UK driving licence.
