Location: Near Brackley, Northants (Hybrid, 35 hours over 5 days, 2 days a week in the offices near Brackley)Team/Division: Recruitment AdministrationContract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact? We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team
About the Role:
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a critical role in delivering top-notch service to our Recruitment Process Outsource and Recruitment on Demand clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to general recruitment queries via email and telephone
- Creating and managing vacancy records on our recruitment system
- Proofreading and formatting documents
- Creating offer documentation and producing employment contracts
- Leading candidates through the Pre-Employment Screening process
- Collaborating with our vetting partner to resolve any issues
- Advising candidates, clients, and our team on vetting standards
- Negotiating candidate start dates and ensuring smooth onboarding
- Conducting operational audits to ensure compliance with contractual KPIs
- Producing bi-weekly reports and attending client calls to demonstrate progress

- Administrative or HR administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including tact and diplomacy
- Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and team members
- Initiative and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team
