Sales Administrator Position at a Manufacturing and Design Company

A great opportunity has opened up at a rapidly growing and well-established manufacturing and design company in the Brackley area for a Sales Administrator.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Processing orders
  • Providing exceptional customer service and office-based support
  • Creating quotations and updating account information using the CRM system
  • Arranging travel, both within the UK and overseas
  • Generating credit notes, invoices, and export documents
  • Using Sage to create sales orders and order acknowledgments
  • Coordinating with different departments for order details, timelines, and quality concerns
  • Collaborating with the Operations Manager to schedule installations
  • General office tasks such as handling inquiries, managing deliveries, and other related duties

This role offers a salary of £25,000 per year, with the company priding themselves on delivering top-tier service to their customers. Attention to detail, a friendly phone manner, and a willingness to exceed expectations are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. Ideally, candidates would have experience in a commercial/sales office environment.

Prior knowledge of Sage and CRM systems would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
