The Role:

We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. Your primary goal will be to engage with UK-based universities and colleges, initiating strong relationships and booking demonstrations for our cutting-edge educational software products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential educational clients through cold calling, emails, and social media platforms
  • Schedule and coordinate demo sessions between potential clients and our sales team
  • Maintain a detailed record of client interactions and manage leads effectively in our Pipedrive CRM system
  • Attend educational fairs and networking events to promote our products
  • Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for booked demos and qualified leads


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the education or tech sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM software, ideally Pipedrive
  • Passionate about education technology and a keen learner of new software products
  • Highly motivated and keen to build 
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
