Our client, is looking for a good all round back ground to include previous experience within food and beverage service operations and you will require a hands on approach. Shift work is involved including working an early / late shift working 5 days over 7 to include week-ends on a rota basis.

The role of Food and Beverage Assistant

Working in this fine dining Restaurant you will be serving food and beverage to residents, conference and event guests as well as local visitors. Service for guests covers breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days per week so you must be available for flexible shift patterns across 5 days including weekends Duties include:

  • Preparing the restaurant for service
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Taking guest orders
  • Serving food and beverage including alcoholic beverages
  • Completing satisfaction checks
  • Resolving any service issues
  • Presenting bills to guests and taking payment
  • Resetting the restaurant at the end of the shift ready for the next service
  • Ensuring work area is clean and tidy before departing
