An open-door policy that promotes transparency and continuous learning.Key Responsibilities for this Investor Relations Roadshow Coordinator:&]:mt-2 list-disc space-y-2 pl-8">Assist with roadshow planning and execution, including coordination with placement agentsManage complex travel arrangements, visas, and itineraries for senior executivesHandle diary management for partners and senior team membersProcess expenses and provide general administrative supportSupport the IR team in preparing for and following up on LP meetingsAssist with event planning, including offsites and conferencesAct as a liaison between the administrative team and senior managementWhat Background and Experience are the Company Looking For?&]:mt-2 list-disc space-y-2 pl-8">Proven experience in roadshow coordination and investor relations supportStrong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant softwareExperience in financial services, preferably in private equity or asset managementAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretionWho is taking care of the client and candidate applications for this position?
