What youll do:As a Principal in the Digital Strategy Group team you will lead strategy consulting engagements for major brands primally in the Telecoms Media Entertainment and Sports (TME) Industries. You will work closely with a team of sales executives and specialists to conduct analyses develop insights and deliver impactful recommendations for customer experience transformation and value realisation.At Adobe you will be immersed in an outstanding work environment that is acknowledged globally through multiple prestigious top workplaces accolades. We are dedicated to supporting each others development through our exceptional Check-In method enabling continuous feedback exchange.What youll need to succeed:Highly collaborative individual able to work in complex project / matrix environments and support fast-paced commercial motionsExperience in leading engagements with a structured problem-solving approach (like you would get from working in a top management consulting firm or digital agency)Expertise in crafting digital experience marketing or monetisation strategies along with a high-level understanding of marketing technologies and tactics needed for executionExperience in formulating enterprise-level digital transformation strategiesExpertise in building financial models / return on investment models and in conjunction with clients business and finance teamsUnderstanding of SaaS commercial and deal structures to advise sales teams and deliver financial modelsExperience in coordinating crafting and running workshops with multiple internal & external partiesDevelop & deliver thought leadership to customer & Adobe ecosystem to take part in events and Customer marketing activitiesGood knowledge of MarTech ecosystem and Adobe Experience Cloud solutionsUnderstanding of AI & Gen AI technologies and adoption for enterprise transformationOutstanding executive presence and client communication skills with ability to engage and encourage senior leadersExcellent structured problem-solving critical thinking and analytical skills with expertise in conducting research analyzing data developing hypotheses and crafting effective recommendations enthusiastic about the highest-value opportunities.High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly10 to 12 years experience in the TME industries preferredAbility to travel up to 30%Adobe is proud to be anEqual Employment Opportunityemployer.
